Yeah, NightFall has been delayed for a while. Work and school got in the way but I think this coming summer I will have finished writing season 1 of NightFall, with season 2 following later this year.
About Aaron: so I remember us talking about Ligeia being Aaron's sister. She's a powerful priestess (she uses blood magic which is even stronger than black magic). After their parents were murdered,Ligeia wanted to protect her bloodline, so she created a powerful spell, linking her bloodline to the moon. Due to that spell, she, Aaron and any child that came from bloodline would be all powerful and immortal. However the spell also came with a curse: the caster of the spell (= Ligeia) would be taken by the darkness. To protect herself, Ligeia kidnaped Aaron and Sophia's infant son to sacrifice the child in her place. Aaron found out and was able to save his son but the darkness took Aaron. Ligeia was able to lock away the darkness inside Aaron by erasing his memories and putting him in a magical coma. She took Aaron's son to protect him from his father. So Ligeia raised him in secret but the son does not remember his parents. He turned into a powerful warlock, using his natural charms and spells to get out of any tricky situation. He knows about the darkness and he has a way to defeat it but he either will need to kill his own father or sacrifice himself.
Now, intense. I'm not sure if I should introduce him in Season 2 or 3 but have already created his page. I needed to know what his relationship is going to be like with his parents once he is reunited with them. Also, I found something in Greek dark mythology that I could work with. I plan to reveal it between "Paranormal Activity and Going Back Into the Past". It will play a big part in Eternal Darkness as well as with "Damien and Cecilia". I haven't finished "Welcome to the Party" but the scene "Sick of the Secrets" starts is the beginning of it.
Hey, I'm a good friend of Cori, who has helped me on my wikia create some amazing character posters as well as been faifthful reader. I'm pleased to announce that Umayer's first episode of Inferno, Dream A Little Dream of Me is now out. Please check that out and if you haven't already, start from the beginning with Down the Rabbit Hole. Which is the pilot episode! Also, don't miss Horrifically Wicked Tales premiere coming up in this month! ;)
P.S.: If you can spread the word, always love new readers checking out my original series!
There's a sneak peek I added in "Wait For You". It's something I wanted to go ahead and post on the wiki, I've been working on it for the past 2 weeks, so can you let me know what you think? I've added their main love theme to it.
And by the way, I want to get Aaron's personality filled out. I have a few views to what he's like but I also want for your view of him.
I liked the love theme:) I can't wait to see more of Aaron/Sophia.
In my mind, Aaron is a really good guy, he's the typical hero but I think he might have changed over the centuries. We know something horrible happened to him which lost him his wife, child and his body and that left him broken. I think his spirit will emerge again in Mason after he meets Sophia but just like her, his memories aren't fully back and he too needs to investigate what happened so many years ago.
Oh, I forgot to tell you about this song. This is a song from one of my fave animes, "NANA" and it's a good song if you want to use it. It's called "A Little Pain" by Olivia Lufkin. This is the english cover of it. The original verson is japanese and has little english in it but there are other english covers of it.
I've been trying to find a last name for Aaron so when they get married again. It's been hard to find one that suits him. I looked through Greek last names but none of them seem right so I'm thinking of trying a different language.
Oh I really like how Ruby looks;) I was thinking for Jayne and Ben something that hints towards their love (like a rose or something?). Verona's should be something with sunlight as in season 2 she has a lot of darkness in her life but in the final season she finds happiness.
I have no idea what actor could play Damien, maybe you could do "a body switch" for a couple of episodes where Damien takes over one of the characters and impersonates them?
I have read it, I love the bitch fights between Kat and Eileen;)
I wonder if I could help you write "A special Reunion"? I really like to write about Ligeia's history with Cecilia and Aaron. Ligeia is very protective about Aaron, her "baby" brother and Cecilia stands in the way of that.
Yeah, sure(: The only idea I had for it was of how Ligeia is surprised to see her and they clash. Also how Ligeia is looking for Jayne and I wanted the matter of Cecilia and Aaron's son to come up but haven't been able to think of anything for that.
Originally Ligeia was going to be Jayne's mother but that was before Jayne left New Orleans and got her own series. So I think you can replace Jayne with Aaron. I was thinking that Ligeia and Aaron are a different species of witches, I really like the concept of "the heretics" (the half vampire/witches) from TVD and was thinking of introducing something similar in Nightfall. The idea is that in Nightfall Jayne and the others discover that a war is coming between the witches and the other supernatural creatures and that there will be hints of that war seen in Nightfall and perhaps in The Originals.
I'm actually working on new concepts for witches and vampires, trying to give it an upgrade. Also, I think that's actually going to be the cliffhanger of the episode. After talking to Ligeia, Sophia goes outside and accidentally bumps into "Mason" and he gives her a rose, she knows who he is. I'm still working out the kinks for this scene(:
And I thought of an idea about Aaron's real body(:
I can't wait for that wedding!:) Since the wedding will probably be set just before the series finale of "Nightfall", it won't affect my endgame for Jayne. I still don't know if it's the right thing to do but I figured that three seasons is enough to tell her story;) I was wondering if Sophia could appear in the series finale because there is a lot of elements (like a war of magic) in the final episode that could play a role in season 2 of ED and with the NF gang gone, it's now up to Sophia and her friends to protect the world. Also I have this really sad goodbye scene between Sophia and Jayne as they both begin new chapters in their lives.
Yeah, that can work(: I felt it was best to do it as the Season 1 finale because a lot is going to happen in Season 2 because no one will be safe as the theme is war and has to do with Damien, magic, vampire hunters, and for the first time ever, protecting vampires (students of the school). I still haven't come up with a name for that season...Do you think it should just be named "War"?
This character, Aurora, do you see her getting killed off or becoming a vampire? Because I've been going back and forth with this her. At first I thought of killing her off which give Nyla a new purpose and set her on a new path but then I thought of another idea where it would be interesting to see her become a vampire and Nyla is the accidental cause of it happening.
Yes, that is a difficult choice to make, I would love to see that storyline happening of her turning into a vampire and discovering that her friend was responsible for it but at the same time it would be intresting to kill Aurora off as it would come unexpected. To me, a great story is when you keep your characters always on their feet, not knowing what comes next. For ex. in the one episode they could still have their BFF at their side and in the next episode the BFF dies and now the hero needs to figure out how to keep going without that other character by her/his side. It creates a new dillema the character needs to face.
With NF there will be lots of deaths, not even the main characters are safe (even Jayne). Especially the final season will be a real bloodbath. But I really want to have a happy ending with a possible "Bayne"-baby!
Yes:) but currently there are two different endings for NF: one ends in the present day with some sort of resolution for "Bayne" but the other ending will be set in the future and we might see someone having a baby;)
Omg those pics look amazing! I ship Sophia and Mason so bad! Yes I would love to see something from the wedding:) I've decided to do a wedding in the final season of NF but it will be a very small ceremony.
Hey, I came up with this new idea for Eternal Darkness! I know that I said that the the series will relate to Vampire Knight but then I thought that the first half of the series could relate to Vampire Knight and the second half of the series could relate to Blood+.
Both anime series involve vampires but they're both dark and mysterious.
Sounds intriguing:) so in which year is Eternal Darkness set??? Does it take place after Nightfall??? Because if it set after the end of Nightfall, maybe I can introduce some elements from the new spinoff in the final episode, like Sophia calling Jayne to tell her that she's moving to London. I was already planning on having Luke and Ruby move to London in the series finale.
Can you read the two sneak peeks in "The Voodoo" and let me know what you think? It took me like over an hour to get the second sneak peek right. I'm think of making Kylie a different supernatural being, possibly an alchemist/alchemy witch. What do you think?
Let me know what you think, I'm still working on different images but this has been my best one so far.
I like how we are learning more about Sophia's past in season 2 and suddenly long lost family members are showing up;)
Hey, I was thinking of making Nightfall 2 seasons long, instead of 3 seasons. I was going trough ideas for season 3 and I realized that a lot of it could already happen in season 2. Colette, Marcus and Jerome just simply show up in season 2 part 2 instead of season 3. The series can end after season 2 and then you can set-up the new spin-off with Alec, Sophia, Bethany and Mason. Season 3 of Nightfall would've been set 2 years after season 2 but now there will just be a time-jump at the end of season 2 and then Jayne's story ends. Does this seem like a good idea?
No the story will still be told in 22 episodes. Basically I will bring in a new mythology in season 1 that will be fully explored in season 2, the final episode can be an introduction to the new spinoff. You can see Nightfall as a "supernatural telenovela" where the main character (Jayne) goes trough some changes and eventually reaches her goal at the end of her story.
I really like "Eternal Darkness":) I also might have a title: how about "The Originals: Bloodlines"?
Also with Jeremy having left Mystic Falls to become a hunter, it might be interesting if he shows up in the spinoff as a villain or maybe a new ally to Sophia.
Sophia becoming pregnant would be very interesting, I was thinking of making someone in Nightfall pregnant but I thought it might not work with the story I'm trying to tell. So in the seriesfinale ("Destiny"), there will be a flashforward and it will show that someone is pregnant.
Ooh, that's a good name(: Trying to get this series named at least by next week and I'm rewatching Vampire Knight over again.
Yeah, that would be an interesting concept. Jeremy is Sophia's ex and she hasn't forgiven him about him killing Kol which she witnessed. But I think it would be interesting for them to see each other again, see how it plays out. I think I could see him becoming a villian.
I just couldn't help myself! I was looking at baby photos and the idea came up in my head!
And I thought of something, you could do a bonus arc, like I'm doing for Season 2 of The Originals. I'm doing a bonus arc of Sophia having to choose between Marcel and Aaron which will be like 3 to 5 episodes. Or special episodes about certain characters or crossovers with different shows.
Yes, that would be interesting to do. I already have an idea for one: it will take place after the midseason finale of season 2, it will focus on Charlotte being trapped somewhere (I can't tell you where yet) and she tries to figure out a way to get back to her friends and her family.
Hey, I want to ask something. It's about the 3 leads of the new series and they each relate to the three leads from Vampire Knight. Who could you see as these two characters? Caitlin Stasey's character will relate to Yuki Kuran....Do you think Alec or somebody else could relate to Zero?
I thought of a new idea which you could also use. If you want to go more than two seasons of NightFall, you can do that. When I get to episode 10 in Season 3 of TOF, the series will be going on a hiatus for a while just to take a break and come up with new ideas and will be focusing on the new series.
The thing is the series focuses on Jayne and without her is no "Nightfall":) and after the season 2 finale/series finale there is basically no story anymore for Jayne, something big will happen to her which ends her story for good:) (big hint!):) I would still like to explore the world more with the other characters I have created
I like it but are they supposed to be in Heaven/Afterlife? Or is she just dreaming about her father? Either way it was very good:)
Actually I have a question about the Afterlife in the series (Originals, Nightfall, Eternal Darkness), what is actually your idea about it? We have other dimensions like Valhalla and Alfheim but what about the afterlife? I really like the concept of an underworld where the souls of the deceased go after dead. It is this dark and gloomy place and I was thinking that somebody of Nightfall "dies" in season 2 and ends up in the underworld and tries to escape. Also I like to have the characters be able to communicate with spirits (even if the other side is gone) trough an ouija board or something. And there could be good spirits that eventually move on to a higher plane (Heaven?) while the dark spirits stay trapped and become "demons" with the ability to take over someone's body.
It's actually something like that, you could say it's his own peaceful world. She thinks she's dreaming but she's not, her father remains with her and that will be explained in the episode.
I have thought about it and I definitely would still like to explore Valhalla and Alfheim. I was going to bring Alfhiem in TOF third season but don't think that will be happening now and instead might happen in the new series. I've thought about the Afterlife in something quite similar to Agapios' case. Like maybe for those who have found peace, are in some kind of peaceful world, possibly creating what they want to do, who they want to be with, something that's special for them. They could even visit different timelines, ones that they've never been to. Like go to the ancient times or go to the 1600s and create the life that they want. They can do whatever they want as long as they don't cause any trouble.
So I have thought about it and I definitly will end Nightfall after its second season. I don't want to drag the story on and the series finale is set three years after the end of season 2, it would introduce the new spinoff and give closure to the story of the characters on Nightfall. There will be a wedding which possibly could be attended by Sophia and Aaron.
I guess London could be cool to explore:) maybe that way Faith, Angel, Luke and Ruby could make guest appearances? Angel lives in London now and Faith will join him after season 1. Luke and Ruby move to London at the end of "Nightfall."
Bran Daugherty plays Adrian, he is already a villain in Nightfall season 2 but he might be redeemed. He is a bit like Kai from The Vampire Diaries, a playful, sadistic young man with dark powers (and possibly Aaron's long-lost brother) who spent most of his life trapped in supernatural prison. He is also responsible for the death of Ben's parents (but that will be a storyline in Nightfall season 2).
Jessica Lucas as Nicole, a photographer and witch. I was thinking that she might be a Bennett or a distant relative of Sophia. She was supposed to appear in Nightfall season 3 as a new love interest for Luke.
Alona Tal as Sydney and Rachel Miner as Morgan, they are fraternal twin sisters and both are witches. They were supposed to appear in Nightfall season 3. Morgan practices dark magic while Sydney practices light magic. They are distant cousins of Charlotte Whittaker and Verona Townsend.
Hey, I came up with an idea last month and have been thinking about it. I'm defintely going to go through with this idea and it will be talked about in "The Voodoo" which I'm currently working on now. I don't have a full storyline for it yet but it will be kind of similar to Jo and Kai from TVD which I kinda got the idea from. Sophia has an evil older brother that will be coming for her and will kill her. I don't have a name picked out for him but he will be played by Elliot Knight.
That sounds like a good idea:) I was thinking that Ben will be revealed to be a descendant of Aaron and Sophia. There is an ancient prophecy who says that the bloodline of Aaron and Sophia will all be powerful witches. And Adrian, Aaron's brother was obsessed with Cecilia so Adrian made it look like he killed Aaron but actually he had locked Aaron inside a supernatural prison (like in the Vampire Diaries). As punishment, the Travelers banished Adrian, making him powerless but immortal. He still hated Aaron and he hunted down all the descendants of Aaron and Sophia, killing them. A few survived and lived in secrecy like Ben's family. Adrian found them and killed them but little Ben was able to survive. He later supressed the trauma of loosing his parents and he also did not know that he was a witch.
I also created Aaron's family. I thought about giving them the surname "Solas" (which means "Sun"). So Aaron has a brother, Adrian and a sister, Ligeia (she'll appear on the Originals). They were very gifted witches and lived alongside the Travelers that is how Aaron met Sophia and fell in love with her.
Hey, do you still plan to do that four horseman thing with Aaron and his brother, Alec? I think you said Ben as well. While I was looking through mythological stuff, I saw a Four Horsemen prophecy saying at the end of the prophecy, a bright brand new world will be created.
I'm also working on a few new photos for TOF and NF. I made a Verona, Enzo, and Ruby one all together. Do you have a quote you want me to put on it? And any other quotes for any other characters?
I was thinking of making her brother into some sort of hybrid. He started a different type of origin of vampires which will appear in Eterenal Darkness. I don't have any ideas yet because Vampire Knight shows Purebloods and different levels of vampires.
Yes, Adrian, Alec, Aaron and an unknown fourth brother are the four horsemen. I was thinking that the fourth brother is death itself and therefor always existed, even before his other brothers. He uses vessels to keep staying on earth and I was thinking that Ben is his next vessel.
I don't have any quotes yet I'm going to wait with that after I finished the first episode:)
Hey, I'm looking through british actors that could play a potential love interest for Malia in Eternal Darkness. Do you think Kit Harington would be a good choice? I'm trying to find someone who could play a academy student.
I think it's great and I think it could start just after "Nightfall" ends, I think the third season of "Nightfall" will be the final season, at least for Jayne, her story really will end at the third season, I can't see her going on for other stories. I promise that Jayne and Ben will have a happy ending;)
Yay! I think I'm really going love the love story of Bayne(:
I've got one name so far: Eternal Darkness
I don't know where this will even take place. I've been watching a fave popular anime series of my mine a lot lately. It's called Vampire Knight and I thought it would be kind of cool to do something that's a bit similar to it. I think Sophia might leave The Originals Season 3 finale or Early Season 4. So there's time to figure out what characters will be in this series and what new ones will be created. So far I'm thinking the four-five brothers possibly and Sophia. Maybe bring together a few characters from both series.
And about Sophia going over to NightFall, I came up with an idea and I don't know if it will work but...In the midseason finale which won't be for a while, after Sophia goes to Greece to learn more about Aaron and her history which she will remember everything at that time, she won't be going back to New Orleans and instead head to San Francisco as she needs to get away for a while and she really won't be playing a big role in the second half of the season. So that will head into the crossover like Novemeber or Early December 2012 and that's in NightFall Season 2?
About Sophia appearing in Nightfall= She will play a small role in the first episode (Jayne calls her). Season 2 will have 2 parts: season 2 A is set in late 2012. It will focus on a different storyline that will be wrapped up in the midseason finale. Mason/Aaron will appear in season 2 A but won't have a big role yet. Season 2 B is set in 2013. I was thinking that Sophia takes a brief visit to San Francisco for 4 episodes where she meets Aaron/Mason. She will appear in a flashback episode, set in ancient Greece. Mason will then crossover to The Originals at the end of season 2 of Nightfall to become a recurring/main character there.
I would like to see Brody, Vanessa, Sophia & Bethany come together again:) that was a fun group, it's almost a shame that we didn't just make a spin-off about them living together;) And Mason should definitely be there too, maybe Alec could also play a role? If Nightfall ends, it's possible that some characters (from Nightfall) could appear in it as well but I don't know if Jayne will ever appear again after Nightfall ends.
Yesterday I wrote a rough draft of how series finale will be. It is going to be a really sad ending and basically we say goodbye to Jayne as she moves on from all the supernatural in her life. I can say that Verona, Luke, Ben and Oliver will be in the final episode:)
I really loved the scene, I like how you really put in the little details like the spell that Aaron did and I like how we are learning more about Sophia's past with the originals and her past in ancient Greece.
I give you a hint for the Nightfall series finale: watch "The Gift" (the season 5 finale of Buffy), it is similar to how Nightfall will end;)
So that scene, huh? I swear that scene always had me crying like a baby but I think the most emotional episode for me was their mother's death, "The Body". I need to start watching Buffy again, it's been a while since I've watched the entire series.
I'm glad you like it. I really wanted to a bit of insight of the Originals and Ancient Greece in one scene. There will be a lot of Ancient Greece next episode and Sophia will meet someone unexpected....
Yes, "The Body" was also a really good episode. When I wrote the draft for the series finale for Nightfall, I kept thinking about Buffy and Jayne in a way is similar to Buffy, she too wants a normal life and Jayne is going to have a chance to have that in the final episode:) but there is going to have to be a sacrifice;) I can't say who but a very important character will die in the final episode.
Hey, I just wanted to let you know that Nightfall is going to be delayed for a while, I wanted to finish the first episode at the end of march but I need to focus on school and Lily for a while:) (I hope you understand), I'm going to finish the episode later on in april, with the following 5 episodes in may. The first season will end during the summer:) The next season won't start until the next year.
I have already written some parts of the first episode:)
I have also created a page for the Ancients, a group of very old and immortal witches who may or may not be the first witches in existence. I was thinking they could be responsible for what happened to Aaron, they are already involved with what happened to Jayne's mother (which you find out at the end of season 1 of Nightfall). I read about the first Elemental witch and I thought it could be interesting if that witch turns out to be a rogue member of the first coven who went his own way after controlling the elements.
Also I was thinking that it would be easier if Aaron/Mason Edwards first appeared on "The Originals":) that way you can move the storyline along without waiting for the second season of Nightfall. I still intend to introduce Aaron's family members (his sisters Ligeia, Celina and his brother, Adrian Solas) in season 2 of Nightfall + Ben will be revealed to be a descendant of Aaron and Sophia's son while the Bennett's (Bonnie, Nicole) are from Malia's bloodline.
The Ancients are enemies of the Solas family (which means "Sun"), Aaron's family. The thing with the Ancients is that they want to control all other witches, they see themselves as the leaders but Aaron's family opposed them by going their own way with magic.
I just think it would be easier if Aaron/Mason would appear on "The Originals" because he's already been established as an important character to Sophia's story.
I love the episode, it is giving us a lot of answers about Sophia's past but at the same time you're creating a new mystery. I was thinking that the cliffhanger of the episode (if you haven't written it yet) could be Sophia wondering about where Aaron's soul is and in the final scene we see Mason somewhere and there is like a minor clue that hints that Mason is Aaron. You could have Mason become this minor character that appears throughout the season and each time he and Sophia almost meet but they don't. Eventually they meet and it is slowly revealed what happened to Aaron and how he can still be alive.
"Aaron's family was against the idea for him to be with Cecilia as they had high expectations of him. Supposedly, they possibly knew who her parents were and even though they liked Cecilia, it wasn't enough. They wanted to protect him from the same fate."
I wrote this in the history for Aaron and Cecilia but I don't know the Aaron's family history for this storyline. If you think something should be changed, by all means.
And I found this cool photo while looking through magic book photos, I thought it could involve Aaron or his family somehow.
This is the background I have created for the Solas family:
Their parents died in a mysterious fire. Because they were "different", they were banished from their village. It would later be revealed that the fire was created by the Ancients because they feared the power of the Solas family.
They arrive in Greece where Ligeia and Celina (Aaron's sisters) become handmaiden to Cecilia. Aaron and his younger brother Adrian work in the stables.
Cecilia meets Aaron and they fall in love. He teaches her more about magic.
Adrian is jealous of them and secretely plots against his own brother.
Ligeia, the oldest sister, becomes tired of being a handmaiden and after being humilated by the upper class, she takes revenge by killing them all.
Celina, Ligeia and Adrian become opposed to Aaron marrying Cecilia because of what she represents (the upper class).
Because people want revenge for the bloodbath created by Ligeia, they hunt down Aaron, Cecilia and their son. Thinking that they are responsible, they kidnap them. They are put on trial.
The Ancients appear and offer Aaron a deal. Cecilia and their son are able to be freed if he sacrifices himself and his siblings. Aaron agrees and Cecilia is freed but the Ancients betray him as they reveal that they want to destroy the enitre Solas family, including his son.
Adrian, Celina and Ligeia are able to escape but they blame Cecilia for their brother's death. The truth is that the Ancients took Aaron and his son away. Aaron was put in an enternal sleep, the boy was raised in secret.
Would it possible to place her in the first picture of the first 4 girls? I like the idea of Sophia inviting Jayne and Ben to attend the winter's ball in New Orleans. Charlotte, Luke, Enzo and Verona could go with them and then something terrible happens at the ball which forces the Nightfall gang to work together with the Originals. I also had the idea of writing a small Christmas episode for Nightfall season 3 that is based on "The Christmas Carol", in this episode Enzo will be visited by three "ghosts": one from his past, present and a new character that will be introduced in the future.
Oh thanks;) I'm honored to have it since I have never written an episode on this wikia before. I'll try to write some scenes by the end of the week and then you could give me feedback.
Those are some good ideas. I also have an idea about Brody having to deal with Sapphire in this episode. I think this episode could be the Season 3 premiere of TOF or a bonus episode, before Sophia heads off to Tokyo.
Here are a few so far. I also put Verona in it. Let me know if there are any others you would like me to do.
I loved it, I'm very interested in Aaron and Sophia's son. I know you might have other plans but there is a character named Aaron that will appear in season 2 of Nightfall. He's supposed to be an ancestor of Ben who has connections to Jayne's parents. What would you think if this Aaron is the same Aaron? I'm still struggling with the background of Ben, he's supernatural but I'm not sure anymore what type of supernatural he can be? I had this idea with like angels/demons but it reminds me too much of "Supernatural", I really want to create an interesting mythology for Nightfall. We have so far sirens, succubi, Valkyrie, slayers, slaypires (vampire/slayer hybrid), vampires, werewolves and witches/necromancers. There is also Hell which is a very scary place that is actually a supernatural prison in which Jayne's father is trapped.
I forgot about making that Aaron character in NightFall...I suppose this could be the same Aaron. Beside the Original members, there's going to be another family member of Sophia's showing up and she will learn a bit of her family history in the College Arc. I already have the son planned but don't have his role specifally planned out yet.
If you want, you can use the page for The Originals, instead of me using the character for Nightfall unless we want to create a crossover-event where Sophia and Aaron are reunited.
I have this story that it will be revealed that when Ben was a baby, he was very ill. His parents asked help from Veritas who has been experimenting on supernaturals for years. They discovered that they would be able to create a serum for Ben if they would create some sort of hybrid. My idea is that Jayne's blood (as a baby) healed Ben but it changed him (and his powers), it also created a powerful link between the two.
Great idea of the Christmas story;) I was thinking we could do it in season 3 of Nightfall since season 1 will be set over the summer and the second season during the fall. The crossover could happen between season 2 and season 3, with season 3 picking up in a new year.
I'll start to look out for some fancy apartments in Tokyo.
By the way I have an interesting idea for Aaron, I would like to hear what you think about it:
Aaron was born in the new world, in the same village as the Mikaelson family. His mother, Joanna, was a witch just like Esther but they did not get along as Joanna practiced a different form of magic then Esther's. The true reason behind the rivalry between them would later revealed to be that during the period that Esther and Mikael's marriage wasn't doing well because of Esther's affair with Klaus' father, Mikael met Joanna. They conceived Aaron so he's the half-brother of Freya, Finn, Elijah, Kol and Rebekah. Esther knew that Aaron was Mikael's son but choose not speak about it, out of fear that Mikael would replace Klaus with Aaron, his true son. Mikael visited Joanna and Aaron regularly and he was very proud of his son. Later when Mikael found out about Klaus true heritage, he approached Joanna to help him kill the werewolf pack. Joanna declined as she was very close to this pack and always had a strong link to the werewolves. She also had come to realize that Mikael was not the same man she fell in love with him. He had become a vampire. Mikael later killed the pack behind Joanna's back. Afraid that Mikael would make Aaron a vampire like him, she begged him to run away with her. However Aaron was together with Sophia and their son and he didn't want to leave them. Mikael later revealed to Aaron that he was his father and gave him the choice to turn. Aaron declined as he believed that it would go against nature. Mikael killed Aaron and made it look like an accident. Joanna later arrived and took Aaron's body and her grandson (who had witnessed the murder) away. Joanna put a spell on Aaron's body that made sure that his spirit would not cross over so that one day he could return to Sophia and their son. Because of this, Aaron has been stuck in limbo for many years. Joanna took her grandson and ran away because she feared for the child's safety. Joanna will appear in Nightfall season 2 as the big bad, after years of watching the supernatural disrupting nature, she has become crazy with power and she wants revenge on Mikael for the death of her son.
That's an very good concept however both Aaron, Sophia, and their son were born two-thousand years ago. Then there was her second husband...But I do like that storyline. As for the son, I don't specifally have a storyline picked out for him but I have a few ideas and plan to introduce him in Season 3...Do you want to know who it is? Because you might have to wait a whole year to meet him):
I'm almost done with Parting Ways but you can go ahead and read it, Sophia's history is pretty much done as well as introducing a few new family members at the end(: I think you'll be surprised.
Almost forgot, I created a page for San Francisco! I need to start working on these location pages.
It would be interesting to hear what you have planned for Sophia's son;)
I didn't know that it all happened before Sophia met the Originals but then again I hadn't yet read that far ahead of "Parting Ways":)
However I like the idea of Joanna being Aaron's mother and she played a part in his death and the disappearance of Sophia's son. I have this idea that Joanna and Aaron practiced an other form of magic then the Travelers, expression or even spirit magic, so they were part of a very different group of witches then the Travelers and maybe they also created "Hell" which is a supernatural prison.
Did you ever think about having a character from NightFall traveling to Valhalla? I thought about it for Season 4 of TOF a few months ago. I was thinking of having their son be there or he might have been there b/c Sophia might have been as well. Its still in the idea board.
That would be an interesting concept for Joanna, sounds like she has this evil and twisted personality. I think I might have Sophia practice Traveler magic in Season 2 even though she still doesn't remember her past. And this "Hell" would be where Jayne's father is trapped. Her father is evil, right?
Jayne's dad is "evil", he is the leader of a group of "supernatural terrorists", basically they want to enslave humans as they believe they were created by God as the superior race and not humans. The witches of San Francisco trapped him in Hell but he has since then been able to escape by taking over the body of a dead witch. He sees Jayne as the "promised child" who according to the legend had all the different types of supernatural creatures inside of her and would lead the supernaturals in a new kind of utopia. They also see the fact that magic has been "reborn" and new types of supernatural creatures are appearing everywhere as a sign that a new "dawn" has come for them. What he doesn't know is that Jayne is a "hybrid" due to the experimenting on her as an infant by Veritas. Jayne's mother Beth escaped from her husband because she feared for the safety of her child. She encountered Ben's parents (who are both witches and were aware of the prophecy). Their son, Ben, was very sick but the blood of Jayne would save him. They experimented on Beth and baby Jayne (they changed her DNA) so they were able to heal Ben. They didn't expect to make Ben into some new type of supernatural creature because of Jayne's blood. Beth escaped from Veritas with baby Jayne (with the help from her friend Hale). Under advice from Hale, Beth gave Jayne up for adoption so that her father or Veritas would not get their hands on her. When Nightfall begins Jayne saves slayer Sawyer from an assassin sent by Veritas to kill her. Sawyer was ordered by Buffy to spy on Veritas as they believed they were experimenting on supernatural creatures (which is true). Sawyer stole important information from their labs and they now want it back. That's the full story;)
Have you thought about an actor for Aaron? Elisabeth Mitchell (Lost, Once Upon A Time) is playing Joanna. Aaron will be featured in a flashback in an episode called "Beginnings." So Sophia will make a cross-over to appear in this flashback and I guess we need to find a child actor to play a younger version of Alexander (which I assume is Xander's full name;)). Another character I created for the Originals called Ligeia Atkins will appear in the flashback aswell. Ligeia is the daughter of Joanna (originally named Cassandra in ancient Greece) and sister of Aaron.
I know;) maybe we could do it like these: Konstantinos plays Aaron in his original body, Ryan Guzman plays Aaron present day (Joanna placed him in a different body) so if he would appear in New Orleans, Sophia would not recognize him in his new body.
