Bethany Thompson (a.k.a Bety) is a former flame of Elijah Mikaelson. A vampire that was transformed by Elijah while he traveled the world looking for Katherine, they had a hot romance that didn't last long. She went to New Orleans, hoping to rekindle her old romance with Elijah. She met his adoptive sister, Sophia Mikaelson and she agreed to help Bethany out with Elijah which led to them to becoming allies. Bethany was part of Sophia's team to take down Neoma.
